Special features and experience
With 19 stands the World Vaccine Congress Lyon exhibition sold out for the first time. Sponsors and exhibitors rated the service from Terrapinn both before and at the event particularly highly with over half saying their expectations were exceeded. The sponsor and exhibitor feedback was positive on the whole and a number of key delegates have expressed and interest in their company sponsoring or exhibiting for 2005.
The ‘function’ sponsorships received particularly good reviews from participants. The Lyon BioAdvisor reception was enjoyed thoroughly by all and most people stayed late, meeting and chatting with fellow attendees. JRH Biosciences were particularly pleased at the exposure gained by sponsoring a cocktail reception. A late upgrade paid wonderful dividends for their event lead generation.
A special mention should be made of BD Technologies’ stand which was the showpiece of the exhibition. They showed us what could be done to maximise your presence at a show and benefit more fully from participation.
